Prayer Stones
The five Prayer Stones at Killester College are inspired by the five Prayer Stones at Brigid’s Well in Kildare, Ireland. Each Prayer Stone represents an aspect or quality of Brigid, and provides a peaceful place for staff and students to gather to reflect on the life and values of Brigid, which can touch one’s life so deeply today.
To be a pilgrim is to invite change, conversion, new perspectives, a deeper life. The journey to a sacred place is just as important as the arrival.
